We use Amazon Information solely for the purpose of providing services to authorized sellers, such as:
- Managing and updating listings
- Retrieving and processing orders
- Generating shipping labels for merchant-fulfilled orders
- Accessing product-level reports
4. Data Storage and Protection
Amazon Information is stored securely using the following controls:
- Encryption in transit and at rest using TLS 1.2+ and AES-256

- Isolated environments with Kubernetes network policies
- Secrets and credential management through secure services
We retain Personally Identifiable Information for no longer than 30 days, strictly for operational fulfillment, after which it is securely deleted.
5. Data Sharing
We do not share Amazon Information with third parties. All data is used internally to support the seller account that owns it. Subprocessors such as cloud infrastructure providers are contractually bound to security and confidentiality standards.
6. Employee Access
Access to Amazon Information is limited to authorized personnel based on job responsibilities. All employees have unique credentials, and access is governed by least-privilege principles. Personal devices are prohibited from accessing Amazon Information.
7. Incident Response
We maintain a formal incident response plan that includes:
- 24/7 monitoring and alerting
- Immediate containment and remediation
- Notification to [email protected] in the event of a data breach involving Amazon Information
8. Disposal
Amazon Information, including PII, is deleted securely after its intended use period. Automated deletion processes and manual verification are used to ensure proper disposal.
